Now a days, it's normal for me to be complimented about how great my skin looks. But what a lot of people don't know is my skin didn't always look this way. It's funny because in high school, I had great skin and I didn't think anything too much of it.

However in college, I started noticing imperfections. What started out as a couple of pimples on my forehead became major breakouts throughout my entire face and chest that lasted for years.

Having bad skin made me extremely shy, insecure, self conscious and antisocial. I dreaded going to parties and I could never carry conversations. Say for instance, you're a really nice person and you decided to approach me for some small talk. Instead of focusing on what you're saying, I'm concerned whether or not you're focused on counting the pimples on my face! If you kept your eyes on me long enough, I'd become embarrassed and try to get away from you.

Because of that, I was desperate to do whatever it takes to get beautiful, flawless, clear skin. I started spending money on a lot of drugstore products. Whatever my friends recommended, I'd try it. No hesitation. It even came to the point where I was using my financial aid money to order expensive facial products from countries like Thailand and South Korea. I also tried natural home remedies such as oatmeal masks and honey face washes.

Unfortunately, nothing worked and I assumed that was that. Perhaps my face is meant to be this way.

One night after taking a look at my skin, my roommate gave me her tea tree oil. I applied one drop of the tee tree, the size of a raindrop, with some fractionated coconut oil and went to bed. The next morning when I woke up, I was surprised (and quite happy) by my skin's improvement! Ever since that day, I become completely intrigued by essential oils and never wasted another dollar on conventional face products.

Today, not only is my skin smooth, clear, and bright, but I also have more confidence. It no longer hurts to put on makeup. I no longer have to crack a patch of dry skin around my mouth area when I laugh out loud and I am just so much more happy. I feel I am at peace with myself and all my insecurities have fade away. I absolutely love essential oils and I swear by it's healing power. Currently, I like to use a blend of tea tree, lavender, frankincense, lemon, clove bud, and peppermint. Thanks to essential oils, I feel completely safe and secure knowing that I get to control exactly what I put onto my skin.

Not only is BARE Oils therapeutic grade, it is also 100% USDA certify organic. A few weeks ago, I gave a friend the sample of the tea tree oil. After a week of using it, she noticed significant results on her face and decided to stop by the local bath store to purchase a bottle of tea tree oil. After one usage of the tea tree oil, her face broke out and was worst then where she started. After carefully reading the label, she realized the oil she purchased as only 10% tea tree oil, the rest....synthetics and other chemicals! That is why I am a true believer of BARE Oils. You get what you pay for, and what you're paying for is 100% pure, organic essential oil.
